DELIVERY

Once your order has been placed, it takes 24 hours to prepare it. Delivery takes place within 2 to 5 working days.
Your order is processed as soon as it is validated, from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon after 3 p.m., Sunday and Monday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

We offer three delivery methods:

• At your home or any other address of your choice in metropolitan France
• Pickup point
• In our 2 stores located in Paris:
  - Our Magenta Shoes store located at 158 Boulevard Magenta, 75010, Paris, France.
  - Our Grande et Jolie boutique at 58 Rue Meslay, 75003 Paris, France.

FEEDBACK

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
